Ffynnon Meredydd Farm House is a bespoke 5 Star luxury property furnished to the highest of standards and described by its many visitors as the perfect family getaway.

Comfortably accommodating 10 people there are 5 Bedrooms, four of which are situated on the first floor and the 5th on the ground floor.

It has two en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a wet room situated on the ground floor. The house has an extremely comfortable living room area with a wood burning stove, solid oak floor and luxury furniture.

The Kitchen is very spacious with top quality equipment including fridge /freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave, electric cooker with double oven and gas hob.

The Dining Room is open plan with the kitchen and seats 10 around the generous dining table with stunning views to open countryside. The Utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer.

The jewel of this Farmhouse is the Sun Lounge with its solid oak floor, exposed beams, patio doors opening to a decked area overlooking two lakes with an abundance of wildlife.

The property has under floor heating on the ground floor with oil fueled radiators on the first floor. There are a total of 8 plasma screens some with DVD’S ( all receive digital TV ) & CD player. A library of DVD’s, CD’s, Books and Games are available.

Included in the price is use of a Barbeque.
An Initial supply of Firewood during the Winter months.
